1965, black Lacquer with Silver interior. Owned since 1983, 15 + year restoration complete in 2011. Car has 3 NCRS Top Flight Chapter awards, 3 NCRS Regional Top Flights and 1 National Top Flights, Bloomington Gold, and Triple Diamond at Muscle Car Corvette National’s. The car now spends more time sitting then driving due to new project and will most likely be sold to make room for a 67 BB car or if i can buy back my original 68 Big block car.
Well amazing news as of June 2021 i am now a grandfather... so like any good Papa i started a corvette for my grandson Dean. what will be a 1957, fulie car with fiberglass body an a electric dual function chassis. Single function remote control so mom and dad can drive him around an then as he grows older a battery Op car for him to drive. Hopefully he falls in love with corvettes like i have and always has one in his garage. I have had at least one in the garage since 1981.
The body is slightly difference being a 1957 ... but it will be same color as mine --- hopefully ready for his first bday.. I missed XMAS .. i was gone for 6 months in Asia
